About Usわたしたちについて

「サライ」の意味は宮殿です。
オスマン帝国の皇帝の居住「トプカプ宮殿」から取りました。

ケバブとは中東の焼肉料理の総称で、世界三大料理にも数えらえるトルコ料理の一つです。
現代では世界中で愛されるファストフードとしても知られています。

わたしたちは日本のみなさまに、トルコ料理をもっと身近に感じてもらえるよう
日本中に店舗を拡大していくことを目標としています。

Our name ‘ＳＡＲＡＹ’, it means Palace.
This comes from ‘Topkapi Palace’ which was an Emperor’s residence of the Ottoman Empire.

‘Kebab’ is a generic term of bbq food in middle east
and it is also one of the famous Turkish dishes;
Turkish dishes are one of the best cuisine in the world.
Now it is known as good fast food that everybody loves around the world.

We would like Japanese people to feel closer to Turkish food
and are aiming to expand our branches all over Japan.
